1.     Casa Club has three memberships level: Regular Membership, Gold Membership and Platinum Membership.

2.     Customers with any purchase at our Concept Stores or Department Stores Counters are eligible to apply as our Regular members of the Prestige Club of Casablanca.

3.      Casa Club memvers could enjoy the reward bonus point scheme in all Casablanca concept stores and department store counters (not included e-shop member scheme)

4.      The validity of membership starts on the application day until 31 December 2025. Reward bonus point shall be redeemed within effective period; otherwise all remaining Bonus Points will be forfeited thereafter.

5.      Regular, Gold and Platinum member can enjoy an extra 2%, 5% and 8% discount at concept store seasonal sale respectively.

6. Regular members of Casa Club would be automatically upgraded to Gold members with total spending HK$20,000 in effective period.

7. Gold members of Casa Club would be automatically upgraded to Platinum members with total spending HK$35,000 in effective period.

8. Members can unlimited enjoy birthday discount in the birth month, except the concept store seasonal sale, warehouse sale, department store sale period. Birthday discount is also not applicable to specific discount products at store.

9. Notifications for birthday privilege and free gift would be sent through SMs message. Members will not receive any notification if chosen not to receive direct marketing materials.

10. Cash dollar are applicable to use in next purchase upon successful membership application.

11. Members are not eligible to redeem designated products by cash dollars in birth month.

12. CASABLANCA HONG KONG LIMITED reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Casa Club at any time without notice.

13. CASABLANCA HONG KONG LIMITED reserves the right for final decision on any dispute.
