This event witnessed the park becoming a demonstration platform under Huizhou government's policy guidance of "new retail platforms as new quality productivity," laying the foundation for the Group's business development and fostering youth entrepreneurship.

The Ecology Park, which serves as the Group's production base, was completed in 2013. The second phase project, including the new Building B, officially launched in 2023 and has become the base for the Group's live streaming sales business. Therefore, it seized the opportunities brought by the new retail model becoming new quality productivity, promoting infrastructure investment in the Ecology Park.

Mr. Xu Ke, Head of Casablanca-home's New Retail Business, said: "The Casablanca-home Digital Ecology Park is built around three core concepts of innovation. First is 'model innovation'—on the basis of live-streaming and video-based sales, we further explore columnar, channelized, and scenario-based new sales models to promote the display and experiential sales of home life products; second is 'fusion innovation'—with the enhancement of consumers' demand for quality life and the popularization of health awareness, we integrate the scenarios of quality life and the needs of healthy living to expand vast market opportunities; third is 'growth innovation'—by introducing more high-quality home consumer goods, we break the limitations of durable home textiles on market space and consumption frequency."

The Eco Park also provides a complete industry chain and supply chain to attract and assist Hong Kong youth and enterprises to develop in Huizhou, and offers venues for relevant professional service providers to enter, including entrepreneurship training institutions, accounting services, legal consultants, intellectual property agents, environmental consultants, and corporate management consultants, providing one-stop convenience for entrepreneurs. As a "One Center. Multiple Bases" characteristic service cooperation platform for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas Chinese, the Eco Park has been awarded the "Huizhou City Digital Live Streaming Entrepreneurship Base for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Overseas Chinese" certificate by the Huizhou Comprehensive Service Center for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Overseas Chinese, recognizing the group's efforts in nurturing young people to develop technology and creative industries.

Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and CEO of Casablanca-home, Mr. Cheng Si Chan summarized: "The birth of the Casablanca-home Smart Eco Park is an important milestone in the group's development journey. We hope to leverage the investment and construction of the Eco Park to integrate various resources across boundaries, transitioning from traditional home textiles into a broader 'home life + sleep health' industry. We aim to build the Eco Park into a 'base for cultivating smart talents', a base for the 'home life + sleep health' industry chain and supply chain, and a recruitment base for new retail industries closely cooperating with the Huizhou municipal government. Promoting the construction of new quality productivity is not only an inevitable choice for enterprise transformation and upgrading but also a practical action for Hong Kong entrepreneurs to actively integrate into the national development landscape and contribute to industrial prosperity."
