Under the QTS Scheme, certified merchants must undergo rigorous annual assessments to ensure they meet the program’s high standards, which include: clearly displayed prices, accurate product information, and excellent customer service. Casablanca's continuous certification for 20 consecutive years is a testament to our dedication to excellence and integrity in retail and service.
At the awards presentation ceremony, Ms. Vivian Cheung, Marketing and Business Development Director at Casablanca, received the honor from Ms. Becky Ip, Deputy Executive Director of the Hong Kong Tourism Board. This recognition marks a significant milestone and reflects the industry’s acknowledgment of our longstanding service excellence.
